What tasks do you do for the art camp? “If they ask for help I’ll come help with what they need assistance or be there with them. I’ll help the teacher help sometimes. I think it’s prepared me for a lot of responsibility, and for becoming part of the workforce. It prepared me what to do in the workforce, so if I need to do something I’ll be on it!”
Salena, what’s it like working with your Skills Trainer? “I love Miss Jaci, she’s amazing! She does a really good job keeping me focused.”
Insight from her Skills Trainer, Jaci: “She very willing, and takes constructive criticism well and really tries and that’s really important. She is participating in themes. The week we did dragons she came in costume. She’s an avid reader. A lot of things they draw or want to do she can really help with.”
