Closeout Statement

A requirement of the GIFT program is to submit a Grant Statement for each quarter that Grant Funds were received, this will close out that grant cycle and make your organization eligible for the next Grant FundsĀ  to be release. Keep in mind, to remain in good standing with Community Knights please submit all grant statements for grants received in a timely manner (6 months). Below are guidelines for documentation:

Approved Documentation
  • Purchase Receipt
  • Invoice
  • RECENT Saving Statement from Bank
  • Savings Statement from School Financial Secretary
  • Canceled Checks
  • Completely Processed School Purchase Order
Invalid Documentation:
  • Proposals
  • Budgets
  • Quickbooks or Financial Software Reports
  • School Account Report
