Closeout Statement

A requirement of the GIFT program is to submit a Grant Statement for each quarter that Grant Funds were received, this will close out that grant cycle and make your organization eligible for the next Grant Funds to be release. Keep in mind, to remain in good standing with Community Knights please submit all grant statements for grants received in a timely manner (6 months). Below are guidelines for documentation:
