We are always in need of volunteers to join our CORE team. CORE team members help with various tasks within our organization, particularly on build and delivery days. On a daily basis, we have administrative work that can be done as well as a need for people with carpentry, metal fabrication, art, social media and graphics design skills, and a general need for help with "behind the scenes" projects involving building new jigs and fixtures and various other items, setting up our storage and workshop locations, as well as build day and delivery day coaching positions. Not all positions require skills or previous experience, but many of our projects and positions can give you those skills and experiences.

Build day coaches are responsible to help with set-up of build days, monitoring day volunteers at build stations and helping with packing up after events.

Delivery day coaches help manage the deliveries, pre-stage the beds and materials, load the trucks and trailers, and guide the day volunteers through the assembly process.
